Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Item must not be damaged by the customer
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items: 

• Sale items
• Damaged items due to misuse
• Used products

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via bank transfer or original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
